If you're NOT happy with your purchase, please contact us immediately after receiving your order, NO LATER THAN 3 DAYS FROM THE DAY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, and we will find the best solution to take care of any issue that may arise.

Any unopened kratom can be returned to us within 15 days from the day the package is received.
Return Mails: Here at Authentic Kratom we want to live up to our promise of shipping your package the same day the order is received. Due to the little time we have to modify orders we suggest you check and verify your order information before submitting it. Especially your shipping & billing addresses.
Any returned mail will be charged a flat fee, depending on the order total.
Orders less than $100 will have a return fee of $10.
Orders $101 - $200 will have a return fee of $20.
Orders greater than $200 will have a flat fee of $30.
All these fees apply to orders shipped via First Class/Priority Mail.
Orders that are shipped via Priority Express, or any of the UPS methods, will be charged the exact shipping cost paid by the customer, plus $3.
If the customer decides to cancel a returned shipment, the above fees will apply and fees will be subtracted from the order total.
Before you place your order, please make sure to verify your billing address & shipping address. Because we offer same-day shipping, intercepting a package to make changes to address is not possible.
If you enter an incorrect shipping address please make sure to call us immediately. Simply give us a call at 888-270-1285 and we will try our best to accommodate your request as long as the package hasn't been shipped.
PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL TO REQUEST CHANGE OF ADDRESS AS WE MAY NOT RESPOND TO AN EMAIL FOR UP TO 24 HOURS.
Please know, we do not modify any customer's address unless it is requested by the customer.
If you provided us the incorrect address and the package is shipped to that address, we hold no liability for the incorrect delivery of that shipment. If there's an issue with your delivery, please contact your carrier for support.
You may request us to require a signature for delivery at an additional charge.
UPS Next Day Delivery
If you're interested in getting your order the next day, please place your order before 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time between Monday - Thursday. UPS does NOT deliver on Saturdays in some locations. If your location is qualified for next day delivery, please give us a call, and if time permits we will accommodate your request with an additional fee (varies).
UPS 2nd Day Air
We recently started to offer UPS 2nd Day Air FREE of charge with any order that meets our minimum purchase of $200 or more. You can select UPS 2nd Day Air at checkout.
FREE USPS Priority Mail
USPS Priority Mail Shipping is FREE with any order of $75 or more. Delivery time varies anywhere from 1 - 3 days depending on your location.
FREE USPS First Class Mail
FREE with every order, there's no minimum. Great for people just wanting to try our products.
